The caretaker met me kindly after I got into the door (clear & simple instructions were given) to help me to get my bearings, carry my 2 carryons to my room & lead me to my room. He also provided a cold bottle of water, MUCH appreciated! I found the place to be very clean, spacious & well-organized with simple instructions in the bathroom, kitchen & shared spaces. I appreciate the simplicity & cleanliness, while still giving me my space! When I got there, I contacted Ctrip again, and Ctrip refunded me the breakfast fee for one person. Later, when I checked out, I asked the front desk to print out the bill to figure out how they calculated the breakfast. Here I will also introduce it to you: the hotel breakfast is priced at 25 yuan per person. It is not a buffet but a meal. After ordering, it will be posted to the room bill and charged according to the actual fee.
